Returns, safety & care

6-month replacement guarantee included. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, as we permanently lock all our NFC powered products, meaning the URL set cannot be changed, and we customise the product to your branding. If you have any quality issues, please email our support team at hello@dockt.com.au. Surface damage caused by chemical cleaning products, excessive moisture, or physical abrasion is not covered under the replacement guarantee. We offer adhesive backing replacements: just email us.
