Orders & delivery

Production typically takes 5–7 business days after design approval and payment. Express production may be available on request. Shipping adds 2–5 business days depending on your state.
Yes. We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories. Shipping is tracked and insured. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number. All orders are dispatched with tracked and insured postage.
After you submit your order request, we'll send you a design proof. Payment is required after you approve the design. Production starts immediately after payment clears.

Design & branding

Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for best print quality. High-resolution PNG files (300dpi+) also work well. Avoid low-resolution JPEGs. If you're not sure, send us what you have and we'll advise.
Yes, of course. We offer revisions at the proof stage at no extra charge. We want you to love your plates before we print them. Just reply to our design email with your feedback.
Yes. Let us know your table number range in the branding notes when ordering. Each individually numbered plate is a unique item. Note that for Smart setup, each numbered plate needs its own NFC programming.

Product & NFC

NFC works natively on iPhone XR and later (2018+), and on most modern Android phones from the past 5 years. Older phones or budget models may not support NFC: in that case, QR plates are a better choice for your venue.
No app required. NFC taps open the URL directly in the phone's browser. QR codes work the same way through the native camera app. Zero friction for guests.
Unfortunately not on existing Traditional plates: the URL is permanently locked. However, you can order new Smart plates at any time and gradually replace your Traditional setup as your business grows.

You share your assets

Send us your logo, brand colours and any design preferences. A brief note about your venue's vibe helps too: modern, rustic, minimal, bold, etc.

We create your design

Our design team creates artwork that matches your branding. We aim to produce plates that look like they were made specifically for your space: because they were.

You approve, we produce

We send a digital proof. You approve (or request changes). Once happy, we produce, program and ship. Plates are QA checked before dispatch.

Returns & Guarantee

Our guarantee to you.

6-month replacement guarantee

All Dockt Plate hardware is covered by a 6-month replacement guarantee from the date of delivery. If you experience a quality issue: chip malfunction, print defect, delamination: within 6 months, we'll replace it at no charge.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customised NFC products. Because every plate is programmed with a specific URL and customised with your branding, it cannot be restocked or resold. This applies to all hardware items and custom printed products.

What's not covered

Surface damage caused by chemical cleaning products, excessive moisture, physical abrasion or misuse is not covered under the replacement guarantee. We offer adhesive backing replacements: email us and we'll sort it.
